    Chronic Pain Relief

    If you are experiencing chronic pain and nothing else has worked, I’m here to say your pain doesn’t have to hurt so much! I know that sounds like a silly play on words but it’s true. I have learned my pain techniques from the most notable award-winning experts in medical-based hypnosis and pain management.

    Pain is a message like an alarm bell going off warning your body of threat or damage. Indeed, a very good sensory mechanism for our safety and survival. Sometimes even when there is no more damage, and the physical healing has taken place the pain alarm bell still goes off. That’s what we call chronic pain. The problem with chronic pain beyond the obvious suffering that accompanies it is that if the alarm bell keeps ringing how do we know when new damage occurs?

    Imagine, if appropriate, deleting the unnecessary pain message and resetting the alarm system so not only can you get the much-needed relief but so your system can sense new problems and warn you accordingly. The mind is doing a good job at protecting you from danger and threat and we don’t want to prevent it from doing its job, but we can help “reset” the alarm to work better moving forward.

    Break bad Food Habits

Lasting change comes from getting to the root of the problems and improving your relationship with food so you can gain the long-term changes you have been seeking.

You will be able to let go of the underlining issues that have influenced your negative eating habits.
